Nature and art unite into a practice that is healing and powerful.
Amy has always loved nature and art, but it wasn’t until the beginning of the Pandemic in 2020 that she began to combine her two loves into one. Inspiration came to her through a book, Morning Altars, by Day Schildkret. She is one of the first Certified Morning Altars Teachers, which was a year long training with over 100 hours of training with Day Schildkret.
She resides in Colorado on the Western Slope, on the ancestral lands of the Nuche. Her business is Sunshine Conduits. A conduit is something that brings things together. Her practice combines art and nature and at the same time provides a time for meditation, healing, and setting intentions. She is passionate about sharing this practice with others through workshops, commissioned events, individualized coaching, and through images and prints of her own nature art.
Amy Fairbanks has been serving as an educator for 32 years. Her experience has given her the opportunity to work with teachers and administrators in small and larger groups. Her educational background serves her well in guiding individuals, small groups and large groups through creating Sunshine Conduits. She is an experienced artist, leader, coach, and facilitator.
We’ll work together to prepare a proposal.
